The Worker(s) will provide the following services: Provide technical assistance to IT Project Managers and business stakeholders by performing complex to advanced Business Analyst work including complex systems analysis to complete software analysis, design, and test activities, and test activities for all phases of a solution implementation project. Document detailed system requirements (functional, technical, EIR accessibility, and Security). Write and groom user stories in collaboration with business owners and technical teams. Perform system analysis to include creation of business process maps, conceptual models, object and use case models and system architecture diagrams to support project needs. Review, analyze, evaluate, execute and develop test cases and scenarios based on business and system requirements to ensure traceability. Perform other duties as assigned to maintain operations.

Terms of Service

Services are expected to start as soon as possible and are expected to be completed by August 31, 2027, or when 3,700 total hours estimated on Purchase Order have been depleted, whichever occurs first. Total estimated Worker hours for the services shall not exceed four thousand (4,000) hours per Worker per Term unless otherwise amended, renewed, and/or extended by TWC via Purchase Order Change Notice. Unused hours may be rolled over from one fiscal year to the next, as necessary. Rates are fixed throughout each Term of the Contract.

Term of Contract

TWC anticipates that the Term of the Contract will be an initial two (2) year with three (3) optional one (1) year renewals to be exercised by TWC at its sole discretion.

Worker Minimum Requirements

As stated in Section 11 Response Format, complete the number of years for the candidate’s skill/experience for each requirement and ensure to merge the Worker resume after Form A.

4-7 Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results.
4-7 Experience implementing and testing interfaces that exchange data with large, complex legacy systems
4-7 Experience in assisting with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle
4-7 Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) or Atlassian
