Job Title : Machine Learning Engineer

What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and deploy ML models that drive innovation and business value.
Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.
Build scalable data pipelines and leverage cloud platforms for high-performance ML delivery.
Write clean, efficient code and automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Maintain and retrain models in production to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Apply best practices in Responsible and Explainable AI to ensure models are well-governed and transparent.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong programming background in Python, Scala, or Java.
Experience designing data-driven solutions using distributed systems.
Hands-on expertise with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, or scikit-learn.
Proven experience taking ML models from prototype to production.
Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Experience:

Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience optimizing large-scale ML systems and pipelines.
Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications.
