Job Summary
The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the growth and efficiency of Bobby Brock Insurance’s FMO operations. This position is responsible for collecting, organizing, and interpreting data across multiple business channels — including agent recruiting, contracting, sales production, and commissions. The Data Analyst helps leadership make data-driven decisions that improve agent performance, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for expansion within our national agent network
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data from multiple systems including CRM, contracting, commissions, and marketing platforms.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track agent performance, recruiting activity, and downline growth.
- Identify trends in agent production, lead conversion, and carrier performance to support leadership decisions.
- Monitor data accuracy and integrity, ensuring consistent and reliable reporting across departments.
- Provide insights to improve operational workflows within contracting, commissions, and recruiting.
- Collaborate with management to forecast agent growth and production metrics for FMO planning.
- Support compliance and reporting requirements by maintaining accurate agent and production records.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve visibility into key business metrics.
- Present data insights and recommendations in a clear, actionable format to company leadership.
