Job Description Summary
In this role you will lead and execute high-impact AI and hardware integration projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art hardware and current AI software frameworks, along with deep expertise in cryptocurrency, crypto staking, and liquidity. In this senior leadership role, you’ll manage a team of developers and technicians, oversee project lifecycles from concept to deployment, and ensure delivery of robust, efficient, and scalable AI solutions that meet organizational goals.
Essential Functions
· Lead a team of AI developers and technicians to deliver complex, end-to-end AI projects
· Design, implement, and optimize advanced machine learning models and AI systems
· Evaluate, select, and configure state-of-the-art hardware
· Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scaling, and compatibility issues in both software and hardware
· Drive innovation by researching and adopting emerging AI technologies and tools
· Perform system administrator functions in a Linux based server environment
· Assist in the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of Kubernetes
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
· Minimum 3-5 years of post graduate experience in a related field
· Strong hardware and software expertise
· Experience leading a team to deliver completed projects with excellent results
