What You Bring To The Table

Strong proficiency in SQL and SSIS
Experience in data engineering or ETL development
Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Bonus Points For

Experience working with EDI formats and integrations
Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting and automation
Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of Flowlogix or similar workflow automation tools

Exceptional (Senior-Level) Skills

Expertise in Qlik for dashboarding and data visualization
SSRS and Visual Studio reporting experience
Leadership in designing scalable data architectures
Mentorship or team lead experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes using SQL and SSIS
Supporting and enhancing EDI integrations for accurate data exchange
Troubleshooting and resolving data pipeline issues
Documenting data flows, processes, and technical specifications
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights
Participating in weekly or bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with leadership
Meeting deadlines and maintaining accountability for assigned tasks
Upholding England Logistics’ COACHTeam core values and EL 7-4 culture
