Our client, a leading organization in the technology and infrastructure sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled Spatial Data Scientist / Geospatial Analyst REMOTE to join their dynamic team. As a Spatial Data Scientist / Geospatial Analyst REMOTE, you will be an integral part of the Data Analytics Department supporting the Infra Competitive Insights team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design, build, and maintain geospatial tooling and analysis functions using ArcGIS Enterprise and other platforms.
 - Support business decision-making by providing ongoing and ad hoc geospatial analyses leveraging datasets such as data center locations, energy infrastructure, and parcel data.
 - Perform advanced geospatial analyses including spatial statistics, network modeling, and raster processing.
 - Develop predictive and spatial-statistical models to identify site suitability, optimize networks, and analyze spatial clustering.
 - Create compelling data visualizations to communicate geographic patterns, uncertainties, and model outputs to diverse audiences.
 
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
 - At least 2 years of experience in geospatial analytics, data science, or related areas.
 - Proficiency in ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, SQL databases, and geospatial data analysis tools.
 - Experience with programming libraries such as Python or R, and familiarity with data formats like Shapefiles, GeoJSON, and CSV.
 - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, and experience working independently on complex projects.
