Shift: Mon to Fri, 8AM – 5PM

Job Description:
We’re seeking an Enterprise Application Support Engineer to manage critical incidents, monitor system health, and ensure operational excellence across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role will focus on incident handling, observability, and integration support using cutting-edge cloud and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and resolve critical and observability-related incidents across enterprise applications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion, transformation, and querying issues, supporting Snowflake data warehouses.
· Provide support for Tableau Servers and manage Kafka clusters ensuring streaming reliability and scalability.
· Troubleshoot and optimize big data frameworks and EMR clusters for performance and availability.
· Provide technical support for integration solutions using Managed File Transfer (MFT) protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2, HTTPS) and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
· Automate file transfers and scheduling tasks with enterprise schedulers/tools.
· Diagnose and resolve API-related issues; monitor performance via Datadog and Dynatrace.
· Collaborate with the Major Incident Management team for root cause analysis and production support.
· Maintain detailed documentation of incident resolutions and system configurations.
· Participate in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure maintenance, and system performance monitoring.
· Provide cross-training and technical mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
· 9+ years of experience in Enterprise Application Support.
· Expertise in MFT, MuleSoft, ETL/EDL, and monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Datadog.
· Hands-on experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Apache Camel, TIBCO, ESP).
· Strong background in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP services.
· Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
· Proficient in Swagger, Postman, and API performance monitoring tools.
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills using Grafana, logs, and observability tools.
· Knowledge of ITSM processes and network architecture in cloud environments.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical Requirements:
· AWS Services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes.
· Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.
· System Troubleshooting: Linux/Windows systems.
· Scripting: Python, Bash, PowerShell, AWS CLI.
· Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with Tableau, AWS (or other cloud platforms), Terraform, and general incident management.
· Certifications: ITIL Foundation, AWS Solutions Architect, MuleSoft Certified Developer, Red Hat Specialist in API Management.
· Familiarity with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
· Exposure to AI/ML for enhancing API functionalities and analytics.
