About the Role
Window World of Baton Rouge is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to maintain
and enhance our in-house CRM database and web applications. This position is ideal
for an experienced developer who enjoys solving complex problems, improving
performance, mentoring others, and helping shape the company's technological
direction. You'll play a key role in our migration to Azure and in leveraging AI for
smarter, more efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance our in-house CRM database and web applications.
Recommend and implement improvements that align with modern development
best practices.
Ensure all public-facing web applications are secure and reliable.
Optimize database and application performance to improve speed and efficiency.
Enhance photo capture and retrieval functionality in our web app.
Build a robust reporting infrastructure to transition existing Microsoft Access
reports into the web environment.
Improve and expand AI-enhanced data query functionality.
Lead the migration of databases and servers to Microsoft Azure.
Enhance email-based reporting systems.
Assist with routine IT tasks and automate them where possible.
Mentor and coach other IT team members to strengthen skills and productivity.
Maximize use of Azure and other cloud technologies to improve business
operations.
Identify and implement opportunities to use AI for smarter business processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or
equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in software development or systems analysis.
Strong skills in C#, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Knowledge of secure web application development practices.
Experience with AI integration or automation tools is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and train others.
