Job Title: Data Analyst 5 – Business & Systems Analytics (Power BI / Power Platform)
Location: Hybrid – Puget Sound, WA (3 days onsite, Building 17)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hrs/week | No OT

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Data Analyst to join our Client’s Business Intelligence Analytics team, responsible for delivering high-impact insights across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is a Power BI expert with strong experience in data validation, ETL processes, and Power Platform automation (Power Apps, Power Automate).
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, transforming validated data into meaningful dashboards, and streamlining manual reporting through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting across multiple data platforms.
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL workflows for enterprise-scale datasets.
- Build automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with senior management, engineers, and business users to align analytics outputs with strategic goals.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timeliness across all analytics deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
- 8+ years of expertise in Power BI dashboard design, data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization.
- 8+ years of experience in ETL processes, data validation, and multi-platform data integration.
- 5+ years (preferred) experience with Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Proficient in SQL, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, or Synapse Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
