Data Analytics Specialist serves as initial support for the assigned EPIC application’s operation (transactional) data and reporting request. Reporting Analysts create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools. Works through assigned tickets/issues and resolves problems of a routine nature, performing updates or edits to existing data extracts and reporting or developing new routine extracts and reports.

Serves as subject matter expert (SME) of Epic Reporting, Dashboards. Assist, investigate and solve reporting concerns with recommendations to clinical departments and hospital staff.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
? 2 years working in an EPIC or other EHR environment preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
? High School Diploma or General Education Degree Required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Healthcare, or related field or equivalent education/experience
preferred
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
? Certification in EPIC Reporting or SQL preferred
? Certification in Power BI preferred
