Software Engineer – Full-Stack
Join 1Sphere as a Full-Stack Engineer to create polished, customer-facing features. You'll build intuitive UIs, robust APIs, and deliver complete solutions rapidly. Showcase your work weekly, benefit from competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and comprehensive health coverage.
What You'll Own
Feature Delivery Own Studio (code generation), Runtime (deployment dashboards), and Guardrails (monitoring UIs). Ship complete features from design to deployment that customers use daily.
End-to-End Ownership Design, implement, test, deploy, and iterate based on customer feedback. Own the full stack—no handoffs, no waiting. Your features, your responsibility, your impact.
Demo Culture Show weekly progress and shipped features to customers and team. Build in public, gather feedback, iterate fast. Make demos so compelling they become sales assets.
Your First 90 Days
- Ship Studio UI features (workflow editor, preview, deployment controls)
- Build Runtime dashboards showing workflow status, logs, and metrics for customers
- Establish weekly demo cadence showcasing shipped features
- Gather customer feedback and implement 2-3 major improvements based on usage
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 2+ years full-stack experience (shipped production web apps with modern frontend and backend APIs)
- Used AI coding tools recently (built features with Cursor, Claude, or Copilot in last 3 months; can show what you directed AI to build)
- End-to-end ownership (taken features from design to production, handled edge cases, monitored and iterated)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript + React and Go (our primary stack)
- Built developer tools, dashboards, or workflow builders
- Design sensibility (can create clean UIs without dedicated designer)
