The Operations Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to support business decision-making and process improvement. This role works closely with the operations and finance department to identify performance trends, streamline workflows, and provide actionable insights that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational outcomes.
Essential Position Functions:

Collect, extract, and organize operational performance data from internal systems and databases.

Evaluate installation cycle time for each medical device modality and lead installer.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Perform full cycle post-job calculations and analyze common patterns on cost drivers.
- Track staff capacity in relations to installations and general workload volume.
- Audit invoicing and sales order process.
- Develop recurring reports, and data visualizations to clearly communicate findings to leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, operations management, statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and present data.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, ERPs, and other operational systems.
- Experience working with operational data, reporting, or process analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods or forecasting models.

This job is a hybrid position that will require you to be in-office 3 days per week, with an option of 2 remote days per week.
