We are currently seeking candidates for an HRIS Reporting Analyst at a consumer goods co. located in Middleton, CT, 06455.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of HRIS experience and recent experience with Workday.

This is a temporary role (6 months) and the hourly pay rate will be between $45.00 and $55.00 (based on relevant work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

On-site 5 days per week.

This will start Dec. 1st, 2025.

Responsibilities

Maintain HRIS databases
Testing and implementation
Configure and manage the allotment, accrual, and tracking of all employee time off
Coordination and completion of the salary and staffing budget, and performance reviews
Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Test and implement upgrades and modifications to existing software applications
Respond to client requests with tight turnaround time often required
Compile and report workforce data
Monthly data reconciliations
Work on payroll related functions
Collaborate closely with our global internal HR teams as well as key stakeholders (payroll, finance, IT, etc.) on data analysis
Analyze data for trends
Proactively monitor best practices and make recommendations to update/build reports as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of HRIS experience and recent experience with Workday is highly preferred
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint INCLUDING PIVOT TABLES, VLOOKUP AND XLOOKUP
Possess strong writing and communication skills including the ability to write policies, procedures, and training materials
