Duration: 12+ Months (Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension)
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, flexible daytime hours)
Pay Range: $20/hr - $21/hr W2
Job Description:
We’re seeking a Specification Analyst to support the engineering and product development teams by maintaining accurate and consistent technical data within enterprise systems. This role is ideal for a recent 4-year college graduate who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn SAP and engineering change management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and update SAP data related to engineering design changes for complex parts and assemblies.
Create, maintain, and audit Bills of Material (BOMs), Material Masters, and part attribute data in SAP and PDMLink.
Process and review specification-related requests from various departments.
Monitor and audit engineering changes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Serve as a liaison between engineering, manufacturing, and other business functions.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, record meeting notes, and track implementation decisions.
Support continuous improvement of specification and product data processes.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
Experience with SAP, PDMLink, or other ERP/PLM systems.
Background or coursework in engineering, data analytics, or manufacturing processes.
Previous internship or project experience related to data management or engineering support.
