What You’ll Do
- Architect, deploy, and refine large-scale machine learning and GenAI models for production use
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, product, and compliance teams to embed advanced ML capabilities into platforms and applications
- Evaluate emerging frameworks, model architectures, toolkits, and MLOps practices to enhance system performance and reliability
- Monitor industry developments in GenAI, deep learning, and applied ML to inform strategic decision-making
- Contribute to the design and enforcement of responsible AI practices and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 4–7 years of industry experience building and operationalizing machine learning solutions, including hands-on work with GenAI or large language models
- Strong familiarity with modern ML tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks and experience applying them to real-world problems
- Experience with the latest LLM stack (Langchain / Langraph / HuggingFace Etc)
- Proficiency in one or more production programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
- Ability to break down complex challenges, develop robust solutions, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Clear, concise communication skills when explaining technical concepts

Compensation
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $200,000–$300,000 USD, not including discretionary bonuses or benefits. Actual compensation may differ based on experience, skillset, and location.
