As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve service delivery. You will work across multiple data sources, applying advanced analytics, visualization, and statistical modeling techniques to support a high-impact federal project. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop automated reporting and dashboards, and communicate findings to stakeholders at various organizational levels. You will help design and maintain data pipelines, enhance data quality, and contribute to an enterprise-wide measurement strategy. Accountabilities:
- Develop, collect, and clean data from diverse sources to support reporting, modeling, and analytics products
- Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and NLP techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets
- Build user-friendly dashboards and analytics reports using Power BI, SQL, Python, and other data visualization tools
- Support data pipeline development, integration, and transformation to ensure accurate and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with stakeholders to align analytics with business needs
- Assist in survey development, data collection, and model creation to enhance measurement strategies
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives for efficient data management and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; additional degrees or certifications in data analytics, computer science, or related fields are a plus
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics or IT environments; prior consulting experience preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, R, and experience with data visualization platforms
- Experience with statistical modeling, data cleansing, and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with UX design principles and business intelligence reporting
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for professional correspondence and reporting
- U.S. work authorization required without sponsorship due to clearance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of data analytics experience, ideally in federal or healthcare sectors
- Experience with Jira, Figma, AI/ML, and Natural Language Processing techniques
- Knowledge of probability and statistical methods, survey design, and sample selection
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise data management systems
