Job Overview
The
Data Analyst plays a key role in advancing Brook’s analytics capabilities by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business performance and patient outcomes. This role develops, maintains, and scales reporting and visualization tools that enable data-driven decision-making across Brook’s business and clinical operations.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Finance, and Partner Success teams to identify trends, measure impact, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
This hybrid position is based in
Bellevue, WA, with regular in-office collaboration.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain analytics dashboards: Build, automate, and enhance reports and dashboards that track key business, clinical, and population health metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Analyze business and operational performance: Use quantitative methods to identify trends, measure outcomes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.
Develop standardized reporting frameworks: Create consistent KPI definitions and reporting models across functions to ensure accurate and aligned performance tracking.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and Partner Success to define key metrics, assess performance, and provide insights that inform strategic initiatives.
Optimize BI tools and workflows: Evaluate and improve the use of Sigma, Snowflake, and other BI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of analytics.
Ensure data integrity and governance: Work with Engineering to maintain a single source of truth for business and clinical data. Validate accuracy, document data models, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Automate reporting processes: Identify manual or repetitive workflows and implement automated pipelines to streamline delivery and improve accessibility of insights.
Support forecasting and modeling: Contribute data inputs and analytical insights that improve accuracy in business forecasting and financial modeling.
Communicate insights effectively: Present complex data findings in clear, compelling ways that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Champion a data-driven culture: Promote data literacy and empower colleagues to use analytics confidently in decision-making across the organization.
Stay current with evolving tools and techniques: Continuously explore emerging technologies, analytical methods, and industry best practices to enhance Brook’s analytics capabilities.
Contribute to continuous improvement: Collaborate in process refinement, documentation, and system enhancements that increase accuracy, transparency, and impact.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Sigma.
- Familiarity with ETL workflows; experience with Python and Snowflake strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of KPIs, trend analysis, and data storytelling to support business and clinical decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business narratives.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data validation, documentation, and reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Passion for using data to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Business, or STEM); advanced degree a plus.
- Proven experience developing BI solutions and dashboards in a high-growth or early-stage environment; healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with teams in Product, Engineering, and Operations.
- Experience supporting analytics and reporting for SaaS, digital health, or population health platforms.

This position is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship. Candidates must live within a commuting distance from the office. This is a hybrid role, onsite in the office required weekly along with remote work.
