Assess potential data sources and design plans to integrate, centralize, protect and maintain the data. Develop, implement and collaborate on data projects. May serve as lead data authority. Opportunity to work on a variety of applications and develop solutions that meet the organizational needs of Sho-Me Power and Sho-Me Technologies and member cooperatives.

What Youll Be Doing

Provide support for a variety of data-centric business applications, including the organizations SCADA system and operational asset management systems and processes

Maintain knowledge of technological changes and industry trends to maximize Sho-Mes investment in computerized systems and data acquisition

Skills Were Looking For (Essential)

College coursework and/or commensurate work experience is required; BS in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred

Minimum of one (1) year work experience in IT field

Familiarity with database management system, user interface, query software, data modeling tools, Object-Oriented/Service Oriented Architecture concepts

Even Better If You Have (Highly Desired)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical Problem-Solving skills

Ability to find creative and workable solutions to complex projects

Knowledge of SCADA and/or Industrial Control Systems
