Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will support commissions analytics, revenue finance, budgeting/forecasting, and Salesforce data integrity. This role is ideal for early-career finance professionals looking for mentorship, strong cross-functional exposure, and the ability to influence business insights.
This is a hybrid position, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Virginia Beach area or willing to commute regularly.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommissions, Revenue Finance & FP&A (50%)
- Support components of the monthly commissions process, including validation, calculation, and reconciliations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure accuracy of commission inputs and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, including revenue modeling and expense tracking.
- Prepare monthly variance analyses and reporting deliverables for leadership.
- Conduct revenue-focused financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Salesforce Data Integrity & Revenue Operations (50%)
- Maintain and improve Salesforce data hygiene to support billing accuracy and reporting quality.
- Analyze data patterns, identify inconsistencies, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
- Assist in Salesforce optimization projects tied to revenue processes and account structure.
- Ensure accurate data flows across systems and support dashboards and analytics tools.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations on data governance initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3+ years of progressive accounting, FP&A, or revenue operations experience.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, models).
- Experience interacting with Sales teams or exposure to commissions processes a major plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Self-starter, eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce (highly preferred).
- Background in sales finance, commissions processing, or revenue accounting.
- Experience in a high-growth or acquisitive environment.
- Strong systems orientation and comfort working across multiple platforms.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
