What You'll Do:
- Design and Develop ETL Pipelines: Build and manage scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to integrate and process marketing data. Employ a variety of languages and tools (e.g. Extract, Transform, Load (ETL), scripting languages), to marry systems together.
- Compliance: Ensure all data solutions adhere to security, privacy, and compliance standards.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement robust data validation checks to ensure the integrity and reliability of marketing data. Reconcile data issues that arise quickly and implement. Document new or modified processes and decisions.
- Data Modeling: Architect and develop data models to support marketing segmentation, personalization, business decisions and automation.
- Automation: Build and maintain automation tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Support Data Vault: Explore structured/unstructured data sources to build and support a robust data vault.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business owner to gather requirements and deliver reusable data models for marketing work – such as campaigns, digital personalization and always on journeys. Collaborate with agile data team to design, develop, and implement innovative data solutions.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Some experience in data engineering
- Preferred experience includes experience working with large-scale data warehouse technologies and cloud platforms, data modeling, data architecture, or data pipelines.
- Experience in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools.
- Experience working with an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool.
- Strong understanding of data validation, testing, and ensuring high data quality in complex workflow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address data-related challenge.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
