MERN Stack Developer
Zensar – Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Pay: $50 per hour

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
Build responsive UI components and ensure a seamless user experience.
Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
Stay current with new technologies to enhance development processes.
Use AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Support team members and ensure stable, secure, and scalable builds.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT experience working on enterprise-level applications.
Proven experience as a Senior MERN Stack Developer.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
Expertise in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and NestJS.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
Knowledge of authentication/authorization (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to write clean, well-documented, reusable code.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the insurance domain.
Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks or initiatives simultaneously.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $31.51 - $37.95 per hour
