Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and transform raw datasets from multiple sources (spreadsheets, APIs, CRM exports) for internal analysis.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards that track business metrics, customer behavior, and performance trends.
  • Analyze A/B testing data and marketing campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with senior analysts to develop reports that are both visually appealing and easy to interpret for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover insights, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Document your analysis methods and results in shared reports for team reference.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute insights to ongoing data-driven projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Basic understanding of SQL and comfort working with databases.

  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, especially pivot tables and basic functions.
  • Exposure to at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
  • Familiarity with Python or R is a plus, but not required.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000$65,000/year (pro-rated for part-time) based on experience.
  • Bonus: Up to 5% annual bonus based on performance.
