Bilingual Financial Accountant & Data Analyst | Tampa, FL
Location: Tampa, FL | In-Office | Full-Time
Compensation: $90-$110k + Exceptional Benefits (salary commensurate with experience)

A dynamic and growing international organization is seeking a Bilingual Financial Accountant & Data Analyst to join its high-performing finance team. This role blends core accounting responsibilities with advanced financial analysis, offering exposure to international operations and strategic decision-making. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

What You’ll Do

Accounting:

Lead financial closing procedures for Spanish speaking international teams.

Prepare and post journal entries; support all reporting cycles (daily to annual).
Maintain general ledger systems and financial chart of accounts.
Prepare financial schedules for tax filings and other external reporting.
Consolidate financial data with significant intercompany transactions.
Drive automation and documentation of finance workflows.

Analysis:

Collect, format, and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.

Support executive reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Prepare materials for board meetings and external stakeholder presentations.
Conduct variance analysis and collaborate with P&L owners to explain fluctuations.
Assist with financial modeling and third-party valuation support.
Partner with leadership to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years in FP&A or corporate accounting with strong analytical demands.
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query / Power Pivot); Intermediate PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
U.S. Passport and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
