Bilingual Financial Accountant & Data Analyst | Tampa, FL
Location: Tampa, FL | In-Office | Full-Time
Compensation: $90-$110k + Exceptional Benefits (salary commensurate with experience)
A dynamic and growing international organization is seeking a Bilingual Financial Accountant & Data Analyst to join its high-performing finance team. This role blends core accounting responsibilities with advanced financial analysis, offering exposure to international operations and strategic decision-making. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
What You’ll Do
Accounting:
- Lead financial closing procedures for Spanish speaking international teams.
- Prepare and post journal entries; support all reporting cycles (daily to annual).
- Maintain general ledger systems and financial chart of accounts.
- Prepare financial schedules for tax filings and other external reporting.
- Consolidate financial data with significant intercompany transactions.
- Drive automation and documentation of finance workflows.
Analysis:
- Collect, format, and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Support executive reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare materials for board meetings and external stakeholder presentations.
- Conduct variance analysis and collaborate with P&L owners to explain fluctuations.
- Assist with financial modeling and third-party valuation support.
- Partner with leadership to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years in FP&A or corporate accounting with strong analytical demands.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query / Power Pivot); Intermediate PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- U.S. Passport and willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
