Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing technical support and troubleshooting for software applications, specifically ClickUP . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer management, networking, and desktop support across various operating systems.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for software applications and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. (specifically ClickUP)
Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes.
Manage computer systems and networks, including VPNs, firewalls, and LAN configurations.
Support desktop environments across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Utilize tools such as SCCM for system management and BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
Administer Active Directory for user management and permissions.
Collaborate with team members using Jira for project tracking and communication.
Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure changes and updates.
Assist in the deployment of mobile devices and ensure proper configuration for end-users.
Provide training and guidance to users on software applications and IT best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments and ClickUP
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
