JOB DESCRIPTION

Almodovar Group, LLC is seeking a Data & Systems Specialist to assist with configuring and optimizing dashboards and reports within QuickBooks and Housecall Pro. This role involves setting up key performance dashboards, refining reporting templates, and ensuring accurate data visibility for operational and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities:

Configure and customize dashboards within QuickBooks and Housecall Pro
Create and automate key financial and operational reports
Audit data flow between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
Identify and resolve discrepancies in reporting metrics
Collaborate with internal team to define and track KPIs
Document dashboard setups and report configurations for ongoing use
Recommend workflow improvements and reporting best practices

Ideal Candidate:

Proficient with QuickBooks Online reporting and dashboard tools
Familiarity with Housecall Pro (preferred) or similar field-service management software
Detail-oriented with strong data analysis and visualization skills
Ability to translate operational needs into actionable reporting dashboards
Reliable, organized, and responsive to feedback
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Compensation:

Contract (1099)
$25/hour
Pay bi-weekly via direct deposit
