As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate valuable insights that support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities and skills for this position include:

Must have or be willing to obtain Secret Clearance (this requires US Citizenship)

Perform data analysis of structured and unstructured data using various techniques, e.g. statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, data mining

Determine best practices and develop actionable insights and recommendations for the current operations or issues

Work closely with client(s) to identify analytical requirements

Handle special analytical projects as needed

Assist in implementing and/or developing systems to capture operational information

Mentor and assist less experienced analysts

Familiarity with the manipulation of unstructured data in a data analytics environment

Experience with the use of open-source tools, cloud computing, machine learning and data visualization and appropriate, relevant programming languages

Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and a data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Knowledge of machine learning or predictive modeling techniques

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a corporate setting in the data analytics field

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, or a related relevant field
