Data Engineer

Salary: $85k-$105k annual salary (depending on experience)

**This Position is Onsite at our Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, UT. Not a Remote Position. No relocation assistance.

RC Willey is looking for a Data Engineer to collect, interpret, and analyze data to support business decisions while ensuring accuracy and providing valuable insights to drive company performance.

Key Responsibilities

Utilizing SQL to query and extract data
Create PowerBi visualizations for various sectors in our business
Create PowerApps if needed to accommodate project requirements
Collaborate with the end-user to build visualizations
Extract data from multiple sources to provide visualization to accommodate the needs of the company
Validating the data displayed to the end users
Refine data base designs and data structure for efficiency in models
Assist with analysis of key metrics and patterns
Collaborate with team and end users on projects
All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
3+ years of technical and relevant experience
Strong proficiency in SQL and stored procedures
Proficient in SSIS, PowerBI, PowerApps, DW, and Microsoft Visual Studios
Experience in data analytics and data visualizations
Experience in sales, inventory, accounting data analysis and data models
Analytic and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with keen attention to details and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment
