That means we handle everything from creative design and web development to PPC and SEO to strategy, operations, and reporting. We’re looking for a Data Reporting & Insights Analyst who can turn raw marketing and performance data into actionable insights for our clients and internal teams. You’ll be the bridge between numbers and strategy, ensuring our campaigns are driven by accurate tracking, clear reporting, and insightful recommendations.

For the Data Reporting & Insights Analyst position, your day-to-day might include:
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel and Supermetrics (big plus if you know it).
- Track SEO and SEM performance using GA, SEMrush, rank tracking tools, and other analytics platforms.
- Pull, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to surface insights and identify trends.
- Collaborate with the SEO, PPC, and creative teams to provide actionable recommendations based on data.
- Assist in monthly client reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Create visually appealing charts, graphs, and presentations to communicate results.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, rank tracking tools, and spreadsheets.
- Experience with data connectors like Supermetrics (a big plus).
- A working understanding of SEO and SEM fundamentals.
- Ability to transform data into easy-to-understand, visually compelling reports.
- Attention to detail — you notice when numbers don’t add up.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
