Job Overview

Join IQVIA’s Reference Data team—where your work forms the foundation of healthcare insights. As a Data Analytics Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and validating the data that supports everything from prescription tracking to patient access programs. You’ll help build and validate store universe models, investigate complex data issues, and support internal inquiries that ensure our data assets remain accurate and aligned across systems. Your contributions will directly impact how healthcare data is structured, interpreted, and used to improve decision-making across the industry. Key Responsibilities

Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support internal projects
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets
Construct impact assessments based on business data and market knowledge
Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs
Produce datasets and reports using IQVIA tools
Verify data accuracy and completeness
Manipulate and transform data to optimize analyses
Perform audits to ensure conformance with procedures
Support inquiry resolution, data validation, and trend analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with pharmaceutical data
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Understanding of business processes and industry trends

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $53,400.00 - $133,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
