Position Responsibilities include:
Panacea Healthcare Solutions (PHS) is searching for a Data Analyst to join our growing organization. The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company’s suite of cloud-based healthcare applications, performing data preparation tasks, and driving process improvements to accelerate implementation timelines.
- Serve as the primary client representative, responsible for overseeing client data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data processes, and acting as the main point of contact for all communications related to client data.
- Able to communicate how data moves through the applications to users inside and outside the organization.
- Able to successfully engage with clients through various channels—including phone, video calls, and email—to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Contributes to the development and optimization of workflows and tools to support project execution and accelerate timelines
Essential Job Functions
- Oversee all aspects of client data management, ensuring timely updates, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies
- Engage with clients to assess and clarify their data needs, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Manage the end-to-end handling of incoming customer and industry data, including quality checks, format transformation, and system loading to meet established timelines
- Use SQL queries and Power BI (or similar tool) to validate incoming data and oversee follow-up actions with internal stakeholders and clients to support project deadlines
- Work with the data processes and identify and build SSIS ETL processes
- Analyze business and system needs to drive improvements such as process automation, software refinements, and innovative product development
- Assist in prioritizing and addressing system inquiries and issues reported by users across the organization and client base
- Assist in establishing and promoting standardized data practices across the organization
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Qualifications
Formal education (Associate or Bachelor's degree) is valued; however, practical experience that closely matches the role is more important
Work Experience:
- Skilled in data querying, analysis, and management, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- 3–5 years of experience in system analysis and data preparation
- SQL Integration Services (or similar ETL tool)
- Proven ability to interact with clients and address their data-related needs effectively

- Strong track record of teaching themselves new skills, digging deep into topics of interest, and producing high-quality, insightful work
- Highly motivated, self-taught individual with a strong ability to independently research, analyze, and apply new concepts

- Knowledge of product testing practices is a valuable asset
- Maintains strict confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) and other sensitive company data
- Excel skills, PowerPivot, vlookup-match, pivot tables and macros
- Power BI database queries (or other data modeling tool like Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
