Contract Senior Business Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a Contract Business Analyst to support the Offer to Cash (O2C) workstream of our ERP transformation program. This role spans the full O2C lifecycle - from Sales Operations through Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance - encompassing multiple functional domains with varying business processes and systems.
We are transitioning from the Design Phase into the Build Phase of the program. This stage will focus heavily on developing custom solutions, producing and refining functional specifications and technical specifications, and ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into system designs. While the primary platform is SAP S/4HANA, this role will also address requirements across other integrated systems such as Brightree, Salesforce, DocuSign, and additional business applications.
This role offers a hybrid or remote work environment dependent on place of residence. For Denver-metro based candidates, this role requires a hybrid work model of 2 days in office per week minimum, with 3 days per week working from home. Remote eligible candidates will reside outside of the Denver-metro area and have an excessive commute to the Lone Tree office and must reside in either the Mountain or Central time zones to be considered.
This is a 1-year contract role with an expected end date of fall 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Business Process Owners (BPOs) to refine and finalize functional and technical specifications.
- Support design and build activities across multiple O2C domains including Pricing, Order Management, Billing, Insurance & Reimbursement, and Logistics Execution.
- Document processes in SAP Signavio, aligning to the BPMN modeling standard.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure specifications are actionable, complete, and align with the target architecture.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and working sessions with stakeholders across North America, Sydney, India, and Europe/Asia.
- Manage version control, updates, and approvals of specification documents.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and developers, ensuring solution integrity and traceability to business needs.
Success in this role looks like
- Functional and technical specifications are complete, accurate, and signed off within required timelines.
- Processes are clearly documented in SAP Signavio with no gaps or misalignments to BPMN standards.
- Cross-functional dependencies are identified early and addressed proactively.
- Stakeholders in multiple time zones are engaged, informed, and aligned on deliverables.
Minimal rework is required during testing due to well-defined requirements.
Key Requirements

- Degree in computer science, IT, business analysis or related field
- Demonstrated experience in relevant domain/s.
- Business analysis experience e.g., feasibility assessment, requirement definition and management, acceptance testing, data modelling and design, methodology and tools and business process improvement
- Customer-focused, purposeful with a passion for excellence
- Proven delivery capability in planning and delivery
Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.

- Pay rate in the United States: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour based upon experience. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
