Behavioral Health Operations Data Analyst is an entry-level position that will provide administrative support and analytic data needs to the Behavioral Health Operations Department of Kintegra in the following areas: productivity, laboratory data, quality metrics, grant reporting, patient statistics, template and show rates, overtime, clinic supply spending, etc. This position will review data for operational impacts, patient improvement and impact, develop/maintain reports from the data and recommend areas of improvement to management, and will assist with general administrative functions in support of the department. Due to the nature of this position, the Clinical Operations Data Analyst and Administrative Support staff will ensure confidentiality when completing key responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong math skills and critical thinking.

A high level of proficiency in statistical and analytical software programs, including but not limited to: Smartsheet, Tableau, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) as well as other Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, organize and self-prioritize daily tasks.

Customer service skills with all levels of personnel.

Must be able to work flexible hours on occasion.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Database management and data analyses also required. Healthcare experience preferred.

Analyze clinical operations data and draw conclusions as to what it means.

Develop/maintain reports that detail the conclusions developed from that data.

Identify opportunities for improvement within clinical operations using data trending.

Develop graphical presentations of data that can be used to illustrate findings clearly.

Assist with preparing, editing, and formatting documents for departmental needs.

Support/Attend clinical operational meetings.

Document activities and record information related to a specific area of interest

Work with other departments within the organization on various projects or tasks that support overall clinical operations.
