- 3+years in Healthcare – health IT, clinical, research, financial
- 3+ years//' experience working with EHR applications
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Effective communication skills and collaborative work style
- Background in healthcare information systems, data analysis, and familiarity with EHR implementation or optimization
- Proficiency in programming languages(SQL, Java, and CCL. Cerner Command Language-nice to have), database management, and software development life cycles
- Experience as analyst for EHR system, Cerner Millennium / Oracle Health EHR preferred
- Knowledge of clinically driven revenue cycle
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL), system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, quality assurance techniques, and change management procedures
- Able to manage, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities concurrently with limited supervision and to adjust efficiently and effectively to changing priorities.
- Knowledge and experience using multiple project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
- Bachelor//'s degree in Healthcare/Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
