Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and models.

Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

Integrate data from various sources including Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party systems.

Contribute to data architecture, governance, and best practices.

Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new features and capabilities within the Microsoft data ecosystem.

Proven experience in SQL development, data modeling, and ETL/ELT processes.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Dataflows Gen2.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team.

Experience working in consulting or fast-paced environments is a plus.
