This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge model research, trading strategy development, and cutting-edge technology. You will be responsible for designing and implementing models that drive pricing, risk management, and trading decisions across a broad range of equity derivative products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research, design and implement pricing models for equity options, volatility products, and structured derivatives.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and risk managers to support ad-hoc requests during daily trading activities.
• Lead various market research projects on market data, alternative risk management, and signal generation for trading strategies.
• Collaborate with technology to implement models in production using C++.
Qualifications:
• Advanced degree (PhD or Master's) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering.
• Strong understanding of stochastic calculus, option pricing theory, and numerical methods.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ or Python.
• Experience with equity derivatives modeling (flow or exotics), either in a buy-side or sell-side environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
