We're hiring for a fast-growing AI startup in the healthcare space that’s building the world’s largest connected network of patients, providers, and first-party data. They’ve raised over $50M from top-tier investors and are applying AI to transform how new therapies are brought to market.
They’re looking for a Data Scientist to join the team in NYC. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you'll drive critical initiatives across analytics, product, operations, and strategy. You’ll work directly with leadership and Fortune 100 clients, prototype models that power AI features, and help define how data is used across the business.
What you’ll do
- Lead high-impact projects from end to end, from analysis to execution
- Build models for operational forecasting, workflow automation, and outcome prediction
- Define and maintain core business metrics and data sources
- Create data products and present insights to enterprise partners
- Shape product and go-to-market strategy with data
- Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on key decisions
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a data scientist at a top tech company or consulting firm (e.g. BCG, Bain), ideally with exposure beyond pure analytics into areas like product, growth, or strategy/ops
- Strong skills in SQL and Python
- Proven ability to deliver data projects end-to-end, working directly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Excels at moving between high-level strategy and detailed analytical work
- Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable debating ideas and influencing decisions
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services
- MBA or Master’s degree
