Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – JD Edwards / EDI / Logistics
Location: Plainsboro, New Jersey (Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite)

Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in improving the Order to Cash (O2C) process, managing EDI transactions, and streamlining supply chain and logistics operations. The role requires deep expertise with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 (Release 23), Cleo Integration Cloud, and MercuryGate TMS (Infios). This individual will partner closely with IT and business teams to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and streamline O2C processes using JD Edwards, Cleo, and MercuryGate.
- Configure JD Edwards modules (Sales, Billing, AR, Inventory) to support integration needs.
- Manage EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) in Cleo Integration Cloud.
- Support logistics operations through MercuryGate TMS (Infios) with JD Edwards integration.
- Collect and document business requirements; translate them into technical deliverables.
- Lead integration and process improvement projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Deliver training and provide support for end users.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years with JD Edwards v9.2.
- Strong background in Cleo EDI and MercuryGate TMS (Infios).
- Expertise in O2C modules, EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), and SQL.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, with strong project management skills.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and logistics functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- JD Edwards EnterpriseOne certification (v9.2).
- Certifications in Cleo EDI or MercuryGate TMS.
- PMP or Supply Chain certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
