Data Analyst (Business Intelligence)
Job Description
Your role:
- Acting as a strategic analytics partner across departments like Finance, Clinical Operations, and Distribution. Translating complex business challenges into actionable, data-driven insights to improve decision-making.
- Leading the creation and enhancement of enterprise dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, while delivering visual analytics that uncover trends and support performance optimization.
- Developing and maintaining robust SQL queries and ETL/ELT pipelines across diverse systems including EMRs, ERPs, and cloud platforms. Collaborating with data engineers and architects to build scalable infrastructure like data lakes and APIs.
- Championing data integrity through QA standards, validation protocols, and governance frameworks. Supporting enterprise-wide data governance by defining standardized KPIs and business metrics.
- Contributing to the data strategy by identifying emerging tools and best practices in analytics. Mentoring junior analysts, while promoting a culture of data literacy and continuous improvement across teams.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering, preferably within a healthcare environment.
- Your skills include:
- Advanced SQL expertise and hands-on experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in leading BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and present insights to senior leadership.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent years of experience.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re an strong communicator with a talent for storytelling through data and a highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $97,000 to $154,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
