POSITION SUMMARY
The Data Analyst is a critical member of BillGO’s Inside Sales team, responsible for leveraging Salesforce and data analytics to optimize sales performance, improve processes, and drive revenue growth. This role combines advanced Salesforce expertise with strong analytical skills to deliver actionable insights, improve data integrity, and enable better decision-making across the sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of technology, data, and sales strategy—ensuring the Inside Sales team is fully equipped with accurate information, meaningful metrics, and streamlined workflows.

Data Analytics & Insights

Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth.

Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasting.

Provide actionable insights to sales leadership that inform strategy, resource allocation, and goal-setting.

Partner with sales managers to evaluate rep productivity and coach performance improvements using data-driven insights.

Translate complex data sets into clear, concise recommendations for leadership.
Salesforce Administration & Optimization

Serve as the Salesforce subject matter expert for the Inside Sales team.

Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to support sales processes, lead management, and pipeline tracking.

Ensure data quality and integrity by developing and enforcing standards, validation rules, and duplicate management.

Build and optimize workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards tailored to Inside Sales goals.

Manage Salesforce updates, integrations, and enhancements to maximize usability and adoption.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

Partner with Sales Enablement to train users on Salesforce best practices, dashboards, and data tools.

Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver customized analytics solutions.

Contribute to the development of data governance policies and CRM best practices.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, or related role.

Strong proficiency with Salesforce (configuration, reporting, dashboards, workflows).

Skilled with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to uncover insights and create visualizations.

Proven ability to analyze sales data and provide recommendations that improve pipeline management and revenue growth.

Excellent understanding of CRM best practices, sales operations, and data quality management.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Clear and effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salesforce certification (Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
