Are you the one who spots the missing comma, the inconsistent date format? Do you believe that flawless data is the backbone of impactful decision-making?
If you find genuine satisfaction in meticulous review, have a deep respect for the power of proper documentation, and are driven to correct errors to create order from chaos, then we have the perfect role for you.
About Us:
At The Good Seeds, we are committed to providing exceptional client services, driving innovation through data, and improving community outcomes. The integrity of our data is paramount, as it directly informs critical case plans, supports our teams, and shapes the services we provide. We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Quality Assurance Analyst to be the guardian of our data's accuracy and reliability.
The Role:
As a Data Quality Assurance Analyst, you won't just be checking boxes. You will be a crucial link in our data pipeline, ensuring that every piece of information—from client notes and case files to operational metrics—is accurate, consistent, and properly documented. Your sharp eye for detail will directly contribute to the quality of our work and the success of our mission.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough reviews and audits of data entries, case plans, client notes, and documentation within our proprietary systems and databases.
Develop a deep understanding of the purpose and importance of various documents and data points to assess their quality and completeness contextually.
Support our existing QA team as we expand.
Collaborate with case managers, data entry staff, and other teams to clarify information, provide feedback, and reinforce best practices in documentation.
Create and maintain detailed logs of found errors, trends, and corrective actions taken.
Generate reports on data quality metrics to highlight areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Who You Are:
You have an innate passion for detail and find satisfaction in creating order and accuracy.
You are fascinated by how data tells a story and understand that a single error in a case note or plan can have real-world consequences.
You possess a high level of patience and focus for repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
You are a proactive communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions to ensure clarity.
You are proficient with data management software (e.g., Excel, SQL databases, CRM systems like Salesforce or Apricot) and quickly learn new platforms.
