What You’ll Do
As a Healthcare Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in analyzing clinical and financial data, building reports and dashboards, and helping leadership make smarter decisions.
- Work with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to understand their data needs.
- Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that are clear, accurate, and actionable.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to save time and improve accuracy.
- Translate technical findings into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on healthcare data trends, tools, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills:
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Python (coursework, projects, or work experience).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Nice to Have (Preferred):
- Previous experience (internship, project, or professional) in data analysis.
- Exposure to healthcare or financial data (a plus, not required).
- Experience supporting month-end close or financial reporting.
