WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

An innovative Data Scientist who is passionate about solving complex problems through data, developing AI/ML models, and building scalable analytical solutions. You will leverage Azure cloud technologies, modern machine learning frameworks, and big data platforms to transform raw data into actionable insights that support digital transformation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and Scikit-learn.
Use Azure Databricks to enable distributed computing and collaborative data science workflows.
Work with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory to integrate, orchestrate, and analyze large datasets.
Leverage Azure Stream Analytics for real-time data processing and decision-making.
Build and maintain scalable data solutions with Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Blob Storage.
Conduct data exploration, visualization, and documentation using Jupyter Notebooks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders) to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
Apply best practices in data governance, model validation, and ML operations (MLOps) for scalable deployment.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, cloud platforms, and big data technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, working with large-scale datasets and machine learning solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python, including developing ML models and custom libraries.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Proficiency with SQL and experience with both relational and non-relational databases (Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB).
Solid understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure (Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Stream Analytics).
Familiarity with big data processing and real-time analytics solutions.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
