Trucking powers over 70% of the nation’s freight, but the systems that move drivers into seats are slow, manual, and outdated. What You'll Do
You’ll be a founding engineer owning core systems end to end, working directly with the CTO and CEO, and shaping what we build and how we scale. You won’t be handed tickets. You’ll help decide what to ship, why it matters, and how to move fast.
You’ll architect key systems, work with cutting-edge AI tools, and build solutions that have immediate impact. This is a chance to shape the product, the team, and the company from the ground up.

Role Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on full-stack development
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field
- Comfortable using AI tools to build smarter systems, automate workflows, or accelerate development
- Architect and develop solutions using React, TypeScript, and Python
- Build and deploy multi-modal AI agents across voice, text, and email
- Integrate tools like LLMs, speech-to-text, and workflow orchestration to automate recruiting workflows
Bonus Experience
- Experience with LLMs, speech-to-text, or other AI APIs
- Working at early-stage startups is a plus
