Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and deploying AI/ML models using Python and AWS services.
- Support the design and maintenance of machine learning pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Contribute to building scalable AI tools and integrating them into enterprise applications.
- Work with senior developers to implement NLP and GenAI models for data processing and automation.
- Write clean, efficient Python code to support AI development tasks.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing models to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and model development.
- Experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Lambda, SageMaker) for model deployment and data handling.
- Exposure to training and evaluating machine learning models using common libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new AI/ML techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of LLMs, NLP techniques, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with version control (Git), Jira, or Agile project environments.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
- Understanding of basic MLOps practices such as CI/CD and model monitoring.
