Position Description ::
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ITAM lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, inventory, support, disposal).
- Strong understanding of software licensing, entitlements, and compliance risks.
- Experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro or other SAM/IUTAM platforms.
- Familiarity with vendor software lifecycle (EOS/EOL) management practices.
- Ability to analyze data and present clear recommendations for decision making.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work across IT, business, and governance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory and audit requirements impacting asset and configuration data management (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, internal controls).
Preferred:
- ITIL, CSAM, or SAM certifications.
- Experience in a financial services or regulated industry environment.
- Background supporting change management or organizational adoption efforts.
