Job Description:
Leads coordination with stakeholders across business areas and their data management representatives to define requirements, resolve data issues, and advance effective data governance practices. Ensures that data management processes and initiatives are executed accurately, consistently, and aligned with organizational goals. As an internal data consultant, translates business processes into clear data and system requirements and collaborates with data engineers, data visualization specialists, and technology teams to ensure proper data integration and accessibility for reporting and analysis. Supports the implementation and maintenance of district data systems, working with end users, vendors, and leadership to enhance data quality and governance practices. Develops and promotes good community relations among various district and community clientele.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data management,
business analysis, or a related role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to support data governance, data quality, and system enhancements.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data integration, and data management concepts.
- Experience with SQL or other query languages for analyzing and validating data.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality practices.
- Knowledge of business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Analytical & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability

Take ownership of initiatives to identify, resolve, and prevent data issues.
Adhere to and keep current the Information Services standards, programming procedures, and techniques.
Develop, document, and promote standards, definitions, and guidelines for effective data management.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Partner with technical teams to ensure proper data integration and system alignment.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to encourage consistent, reliable, and effective use of data.
Lead coordination with business areas and data representatives on data requirements, quality initiatives, and governance processes.

All salary amounts listed above are based on a full-time (1.0) FTE. If applicable, part-time salaries will be prorated according to the assigned FTE.
