What You’ll Do

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate complex insights to stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Support decision-making in areas such as marketing, operations, product development, and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards that align with business goals.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose issues, evaluate performance, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to governance and compliance standards.
Continuously explore ways to improve analytical processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Skilled in data manipulation and analysis using Excel, Python, or R.
Excellent storytelling and visualization skills—you can turn data into narratives that influence decisions.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across time zones.
