Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven problem solver, a precision-focused SQL expert, and a champion of clean, scalable data practices. This role requires hands-on experience building client-facing dashboards, as well as a general familiarity with various ERP systems. You’ll tackle complex data challenges, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics infrastructure and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards using SQL within our proprietary analytics platform to support client-specific reporting needs.
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases.
Build and manage dataflows that integrate with a variety of ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance.
Partner with internal teams and external clients to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable KPIs.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and dashboards to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
Contribute to the evolution of our analytics tool and processes by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and performance improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL scripting and query optimization.
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle.
Familiarity with ERP systems and data integration workflows.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
