Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in enhancing our e-commerce presence, refining branding strategies, and fostering community engagement across social media platforms. Additionally, this position will play a crucial part in supporting our Business Development and System and Processes teams through meticulous data analysis, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Accurately track, communicate, and summarize warehouse incentives to ensure targets are achieved and paid accordingly.
Maintain customer database and manage updates to ensure up to date information is available to our sales team and suppliers
Assist the Systems and Processes Manager in developing and maintaining training documents for various teams.
Connect regularly with our Encompass support team to resolve issues for the sales and operations teams.
Collaborate with the Business Development Team to track targets, performance metrics, and incentives on a regular basis.
Assist in monitoring and evaluating sales representatives' performance against monthly Pay for Performance targets, along with any additional key metrics.
Track and provide updates on various key sales initiatives, utilizing tools for data mining and top-line analysis.
Develop and deploy targeted surveys to gather valuable insights from the sales team.
Compile and analyze performance data to generate comprehensive reports for payroll and strategic planning purposes.
Maintain and oversee the BEES and PROVI online ordering platforms, which includes implementing targeted branding strategies for specific products and suppliers as well as troubleshooting customer inquiries to ensure seamless execution of the respective platforms.
Maintain Clare Rose’s website to include up-to-date information on the current portfolio of products that we offer and sell to our customers.
Oversee and execute “Action Alley”, Clare Rose’s internal displayable performance trackers whereby sales representative’s monthly and quarterly performance is displayed in a designated hallway to ensure visibility and alignment on strategic goals.
Optimize posting schedules across various social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.

The Business Analyst reports directly to the Systems and Processes Manager and plays a crucial role in supporting our sales and operations teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Advanced in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Previous experience in systems support preferred.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for online audiences.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate insights clearly.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, tactics, and emerging trends.
Experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong editing skills and the ability to organize information effectively.
Enthusiastic team player committed to contributing to the company's growth.

While performing the responsibilities of the Business Analyst Assistant’s job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee may be required to lift and manage packaged items of up to 50lbs from time-to-time. Freehanded and over that threshold using an appropriate lift system or lift truck. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job in the office environment, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. While performing duties of this job in the field environment, the employee will be exposed on a regular basis to moving mechanical parts, motor vehicles and traffic. In addition, the exposure while in customer locations cannot be projected. These conditions may vary, and the employee will receive adequate training to recognize and avoid hazards that cannot be described as expected. Noise levels will range from quiet to loud.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
